Dundonald Rifle & Pistol Club offers an extremely varied program of events for target shooting with both Air/Co2 pistols and .22 smallbore rifles through to muzzle loading pistols and rifles throughout the year.
We are a South Ayrshire, Scotland, based club and are open seven days a week.
Our extensive range of competitions give both young and old alike (age 8 to 80+) the chance to enjoy the sort of experience that only the sport of target shooting can provide.
Currently we coach some members of the local Pony Club in air target shooting for their section of the “Tetrathlon” a sports event that requires skill and endurance as it covers running, swimming, horse riding and shooting.
Those who are truly successful at this difficult combination can add Fencing to their skills and could well become the next Modern Pentathlon champion either for the Olympics or Commonwealth Games or even a World Championship.
